Our Promise
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email support@cartuno.us with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original condition with tags attached.
- Drop it off and we'll process your refund or exchange once received.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags.
- Final-sale and personalised items cannot be returned.
- Hygiene items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is received.
